Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, organization, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are appealing and up-to-date according to company standards.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven ability to show up on time and work well independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
