Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers during evening peak hours, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS systems while maintaining high integrity.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting nightly inventory counts, and restocking shelves as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and ensure a smooth store or office operation.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
