Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Manage and process customer orders, returns, and requests with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure continuity and seamless service.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Identify and escalate operational issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
