Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers in-store and online.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using modern POS systems.
- Assist with product restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure retention.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
