Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the register is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional displays and seasonal events.
- Process incoming customer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
- Assist in restocking inventory and keeping the stockroom organized.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some evenings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
