Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit payments with integrity.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the sales floor is clean, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during slower weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate consideration.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
