Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Inform customers about product features, promotions, and store policies to drive sales.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Point of Sale (POS) systems quickly.
