We are currently hiring for our Austin, TX location and are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory stock levels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekly sales targets and goals.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate daily deposits.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
