As a key member of our store team, you will help ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience while contributing to our daily operations. We are currently hiring immediately for these positions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and cleaning the sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store hours, and return policies.
- Handle cash registers with precision, including making change and balancing drawers at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve weekly sales goals and promotional targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
