Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Uphold company standards for store cleanliness and safety
- Participate in evening shift rotations (4-10 PM)
- Adapt to seasonal demands and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited high school, college, or university program
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Sacramento locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous retail/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must maintain student status throughout employment
