Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a premium level of service tailored to their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items in the store, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, clutter-free sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems is a plus.
