Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized workstations
- Uphold company standards for safety and cleanliness during all shifts
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train and mentor new associates during shift rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) and weekday evenings
- Proficiency with basic office software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
