Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends without conflict (Saturday & Sunday availability is mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
