- Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through upselling and product demonstrations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (8am-5pm)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend schedules and priorities
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional inventory runs)
