Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class shopping experience for all visitors.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide detailed recommendations, and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adhere to visual merchandising standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback professionally and efficiently to resolve issues on the spot.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate value to our clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
