Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer assistance across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays according to brand guidelines
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Support inventory management processes including stock counts and replenishment
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude with service-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver's license (for errands if needed)
