Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Manage store inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain visual standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring store security and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to weekend availability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
