Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising displays.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
