Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure optimal inventory levels throughout the store.
- Organize the backroom, storage areas, and receiving dock to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Perform regular price checks and ensure all signage and pricing tags are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized sales floor, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in unloading deliveries from suppliers and preparing products for the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met daily.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly on a daily basis.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
