As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining our high standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations with a focus on service recovery.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring all policies are followed.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to highlight key products and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform store duties as needed.
