Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using espresso machines and pour-over methods
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) consistently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
