Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Monitor security protocols and maintain safe premises
- Assist with event setup and operational logistics
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete daily operational reports and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (Fri-Sun, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible scheduling availability a must
