Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages (espresso, pour-overs, seasonal lattes)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of barista station and customer areas
- Manage inventory restocking and cash register operations
- Collaborate with team to create warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and product tastings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee preparation experience required
- Availability Saturday/Sunday (8am-4pm shifts)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
