Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to recipe standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process cash/transactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all customers
Qualifications
- Previous food/beverage service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and terminology
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays required)
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and consistency
