Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Provide warm, personalized customer service to all guests
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rush periods
- Upsell premium coffee beans and merchandise
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 6 AM - 2 PM
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to North Loop location
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- 18+ years old (for alcohol handling compliance)
