Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all visitors.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory organization, and visual merchandising.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
