Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium-weight items (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
