Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and inventory management with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
