Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the management team promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Availability to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
