Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions with a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
