Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and manage returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with team members to execute weekend sales events and promotional displays.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
