Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in warehouse management system
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) with proper certifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Background check and drug screen required
