Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using our WMS system
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using voice-directed picking technology
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records remotely via tablet
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through virtual daily stand-ups
- Complete remote training modules on new equipment and compliance protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with digital inventory management tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to on-site shifts (Mon/Tue/Thu)
- Experience with remote work protocols and time management
