Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid certification
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to our Tucson facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
