Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Lead cross-functional teams in efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Conduct cycle counts and audits with 99.5% accuracy requirements
- Mentor junior staff on best practices and operational procedures
- Collaborate with management to process improvements and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proven leadership experience in team-based environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
