Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment after completing paid training
- Manage inventory through scanning, sorting, and cycle counting
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided!
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
