Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely under supervision during training
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to North Austin location
