Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory within 250,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper lifting techniques (max 50 lbs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory status and generate reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with mobile devices and basic inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently during off-hours
