Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after completing certification training
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and cycle count processes
- Load/unload shipments with attention to product safety and integrity
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
