Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and manage inventory with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Process orders, pack shipments, and prepare outbound deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
