Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and inventory counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory software familiarity
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (forklift operation a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
