Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, put-away, and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from the warehouse floor and preparing them for shipment.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using industrial equipment, ensuring cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of debris to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Certifications: (Preferred) Forklift Certification (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
