Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely shipment preparation
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
