Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized and restock shelves to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the facility.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for inventory counts and scanning.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
