Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed for daily shipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment following 5S standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely after proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
