Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park location
