Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and managing warehouse storage systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training if needed
