Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to our Anaheim facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
