Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyor systems) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse cleaning and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to operate provided machinery with training
