Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality control checks and inventory counts with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stacking and labeling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Industrial Park Drive facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
